C4 is the zero-logistics snow plan: right next to San Martín de los Andes, designed for kids, sledding and first slides, with food service and easy parking. It doesn't compete with Chapelco — it complements it on short days, when weather closes the upper mountain, or when the goal is simply letting the little ones play in the snow.
