Real del Pehuenche is a high-altitude lodge at 2,420 m on the Pehuenche Pass in the Mendoza Andes. It's not a traditional ski resort: instead of marked runs and lifts it offers experiences on virgin terrain — cat-skiing, ski touring, snowmobiles, and snowkite, of which it's Argentina's only formal destination. Season runs May to October depending on snow conditions.
